Visualize success

My astrological sign is Pisces. I rarely read a description of this astrological sign that doesn’t include the word “dreamer” in it. I’ll admit that I’m not offended but flattered. 😊

I’ve been a dreamer all my life. When I was younger, I would get lost in my daydreams and often get scolded for doing it instead of focusing on the task at hand (usually house chores). I wish I had known when I was younger that I could daydream with intention because that’s what I believe visualization can be.

If you haven’t introduced visualization into the work you do to achieve your goals, you’re missing a step. Visualization is an excellent way to help bring you closer to realizing your dreams. When you can see what life would look like when your dreams are a reality and truly immerse yourself in the visualization, hearing sounds, smelling scents, and experiencing emotions as if they were real, it can help attract the possibilities to make it a reality.

I’m not just talking theoretically; I’ve experienced it while pursuing numerous goals, including my trip to Majorca in 2017. The critical difference between visualization and regular daydreaming is intention. When I’m daydreaming, my thinking isn’t that what I’m thinking about can and will happen; I’m just playing with different scenarios in my mind. When visualizing, I focus on something I want to manifest into reality. I’m emotionally invested in my visualizations, not so much in my daydreams.

There are so many videos of people talking about how visualization has helped them achieve their goals. It works if you do. You can’t just set aside some time to visualize every day, do nothing else, and expect your visualizations to manifest. You have to take daily action on your goals to bring you closer to making those visualizations a reality.

Are you ready to visualize your success?
