Years ago, I read Pam Grout’s book E-Squared: Nine Do-it-Yourself Energy Experiments That Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality. I wrote about some of my results with the experiments, and they vanquished any doubts I had about the power of the mind.
In the last few weeks, I’ve been reminded about the power of the mind. I’ll admit that I often forget that I can manifest when I focused my thoughts and energy on something. The reminder was embarrassing because it pointed out that I’ve been getting complacent and not spending enough time thinking about the future.
I think we all find ourselves, at some point or another, we find ourselves in a daily rhythm where there’s no time for meditation or visualization. Eventually, we either find ourselves in a funk and decide to do something about it, or we find something that catches our focus, and the energy we give to it brings us closer to it.
If you haven’t read Pam Grout’s book, I highly recommend it, especially if you have doubts about exactly how powerful your mind is.
What we focus on expands. It sounds like a very woo-woo concept, but we’ve all experienced it. If you’ve thought about a car or have just bought one, and now it feels like everyone on the road is driving one, you’ve experienced it. When we have a specific focus, our mind is more aware of things similar to the object of our focus. If you’ve had a string of bad or good luck, it was probably caused by the same concept.
We can manifest the opportunities we desire. The critical thing to remember is that we don’t get to dictate when the manifestation will happen. We do get signs along the way, and often it’s opportunities that bring you closer to the end goal.
We should never forget or dismiss the power of our minds. It’s essential to be mindful of the thoughts that are occupying our minds. Limit your exposure to negativity. If you feel negative emotions while watching the news or looking at posts on social media, stop doing it.
We should be focusing on the things we want instead of giving our time and energy to the things we don’t want. Make time to express gratitude for all the things you’ve been blessed with and maintain a positive environment. You’re planting seeds, and you want to make sure they’re going into fertile soil.
Happy manifesting! ♥
