New Year’s Resolution Check-In

January 19, 2010 Sandra Dawes

We are into the third week of 2010, how are those New Year’s resolutions going? I personally gave up on making resolutions a few year’s ago because I never had much luck in sticking to them past February.

In 2009 I enrolled in the Jack Canfield “Law of Attraction” program, and it really helped me to understand the importance of writing my goals down. For me, writing them down, and sharing them with someone who was going to hold me accountable has really made a difference!

With this in mind, I sat down in late December and wrote down my goals for 2010. I’ve shared them with someone I honour and trust, who will hold me accountable for what I’ve set out to do. I find writing my goals down a fun, exciting exercise, and an accountability partner has definitely given me an incentive to pursue all of the goals I’ve set for myself.

So if you’re having trouble sticking to the resolutions you’ve made for 2010, write down those goals, find someone to share them with, and ask them to hold you accountable. I hope you will find that this process works for you! I’d love to hear your about your successes! ♥
